The amount paid online (₹2,000) is the booking fee for this course.
The total course fee is ₹8,100.
The balance of ₹6,100 must be paid directly at the college during course registration.
An acknowledgement email will be sent after successful payment.
Please carry a printout or digital copy of the acknowledgement email to the college.
Admission is confirmed only after the full fee is paid at the campus.

A valid INDOS number is mandatory.
The candidate should have completed the Basic Training for Oil and Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations course.
Approved seagoing service on oil tankers as required by DG Shipping.
Non-Indian participants need to hold a Student Visa to India to undergo the course.

As per DGS Order 20 of 2020, successful completion of E-Learning Modules (Course Code: 5112) through the DGS website is mandatory to obtain a Digital Certificate for all DG approved courses. E-Learning may be completed before or after the physical classes.

Minimum e-Learning study hours: 32 hrs. Minimum pass mark: 70%.

As per DGS Order 11 of 2022, the exit exam has to be taken only at the MTI. If a candidate fails the exit exam, it may be retaken on the following working day at the MTI. Kindly make travel arrangements accordingly.

Dress code: collarless T-shirts, shorts, sandals and bathroom slippers are not permitted for physical classes.

DG Shipping mandates a minimum batch strength of 25%. If participant numbers fall below 25% of batch capacity due to withdrawals, the course will be postponed at no additional charge.
