Candidate must hold the original PST or Basic Safety Training certificate being revalidated.

Candidate must be able to swim and be medically fit for pool sessions.

As per DGS Order 20 of 2020, successful completion of E-Learning Modules (Course Code: 6112) through the DGS website is mandatory to obtain a Digital Certificate for all DG approved courses. E-Learning may be completed before or after the physical classes.

Minimum e-Learning study hours: 6 hrs. Minimum pass mark: 50%.

As per DGS Order 11 of 2022, the exit exam has to be taken only at the MTI. If a candidate fails the exit exam, it may be retaken on the following working day at the MTI. Kindly make travel arrangements accordingly.

Dress code: collarless T-shirts, shorts, sandals and bathroom slippers are not permitted for physical classes.

DG Shipping mandates a minimum batch strength of 25%. If participant numbers fall below 25% of batch capacity due to withdrawals, the course will be postponed at no additional charge.
